We're looking for an energetic, organized, and results-driven Marketing Events Coordinator to lead our event marketing efforts throughout the Seattle area. What You'll Do

As our Marketing Events Coordinator, you'll be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing local events while leading a team of Brand Ambassadors who generate qualified leads for our sales team.

Responsibilities
  • Research, identify, and secure home shows, fairs, festivals, retail events, and community events throughout the Seattle market.
  • Negotiate contracts and maintain relationships with event organizers and vendors.
  • Build and manage an annual event calendar to maximize lead generation opportunities.
  • Recruit, interview, hire, train, and coach Event Show Demonstrators and Brand Ambassadors.
  • Schedule staff for events and ensure all locations are properly covered.
  • Coordinate booth transportation, setup, teardown, and event logistics.
  • Motivate and support the event team to achieve appointment and lead generation goals.
  • Engage with homeowners at events and assist with scheduling free in-home consultations.
  • Track event performance, appointments, lead quality, and return on investment.
  • Prepare reports and recommend improvements to maximize event success.
  • Represent Northwest Bath Specialists with professionalism and enthusiasm at every event.
What We're Looking For
  • Previous experience in event marketing, event coordination, marketing, promotions, lead generation, or customer engagement preferred.
