We are actively building a high-performing Event Marketing Department to represent our brand at trade shows, festivals, and home improvement events. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will directly contribute to results and team success.

Position Overview

We are seeking a top-performing Events Coordinatorย to lead and grow our event marketing efforts across Western Washington. In this role, you will be responsible for booking events, managing a team, generating leads, and working events in-person.

This position requires a leader who will own the full event lifecycleโ€”from securing opportunities to executing successful events and driving measurable results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Book and secure weekly events and shows across your assigned territory
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute event schedules for you and your team
  • Recruit, hire, train, and mentor a team of Event Demonstrators
  • Ensure booths are properly set up, staffed, and broken down at every event
  • Actively work events, engage customers, and generate qualified leads
  • Drive lead generation that directly impacts sales and revenue
  • Monitor inventory, productivity, labor, and budgets on a weekly basis
  • Set and track performance goals for each event, week, and month
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with leadership and internal teams
What Weโ€™re Looking For
  • Proven leadership and team management experience
  • Background in customer-facing roles (B2C marketing, retail, sales, or events)
  • Experience with recruiting and hiring preferred
  • Highly outgoing personality with strong communication skills
