We are looking for an Events Assistant to act as a team liaison on behalf of brands we represent.


Ultimately, you will contribute to building long-term consumer relationships.


Responsibilities

  • Execute public outreach for brands
  • Face to face interaction with potential customers
  • Provide after-sales support for retention purposes
  • Ensure prompt and accurate answers to queries
  • Build strong client relationships, through regular communication
  • Report on the Subscription retention
  • Communicate subscription pricing details clearly


Requirements and skills

  • Must be 18+
  • Authorized to work in the USA
  • Can commute to Landover, MD 5 days per week
  • Available to start ASAP
  • Great communication Skills
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Competitive mindset
