Shik Consulting is a fast-growing, face-to-face sales and promotions firm operating throughout Washington, DC and the surrounding area. We're hiring an Entry-Level Sales Representative to join our expanding team. This is an in-person, customer-facing position ideal for those starting their careers and looking to gain hands-on experience in sales, communication, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent well-known national brands through in-person sales campaigns
• Engage with customers in retail stores, business districts, and community events
• Acquire new customers or long-term donors (depending on campaign)
• Meet and exceed sales goals in a performance-driven environment
• Respond to customer questions and concerns with professionalism
• Work alongside a team of ambitious, supportive sales professionals

• Full-time availability required

• Campaigns take place in and around the Washington, DC area
