Long Description

Assembler Position

Position Summary

Assemblers are responsible for assembling mechanical components and sub-systems used in medical equipment while maintaining high quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble components (doors, pumps, tanks, etc.)
  • Follow production schedules and instructions
  • Perform inspections using measuring tools
  • Identify and report discrepancies or issues
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Manufacturing Operations Clerk Position

Position Summary

The Manufacturing Operations Clerk supports production operations to ensure efficient management of parts and inventory.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare component kits for production using available inventory
  • Identify missing items during inventory checks and picking
  • Store materials in designated storage areas
  • Prepare and distribute parts to production cells
  • Ship service parts
  • Occasionally load and unload delivery trucks
  • Follow safety rules at all times
  • Provide training through mentorship
  • Participate in Kaizen and other continuous improvement projects
  • Perform other related duties

Welder Position

Position Summary

The Welder reads and interprets blueprints and performs welding of stainless steel parts while actively contributing to process improvements.

  • Measure parts to ensure compliance
  • Perform grinding, deburring, and finishing operations

  • Identify defects, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
  • Perform various additional related tasks as required

Candidate Profile
