Job description

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager / On-Site Event Manager to oversee the execution of ongoing events in Montreal.

The first two outdoor events, you will be responsible for overseeing the set-up and dismantle is complete by the installation team, on-site troubleshooting, and overall operations on the event floor is seamless during the event. This role requires someone who is reliable, proactive, and experienced in ensuring seamless live events.

Dates:

Montreal city: July 9-12

Royal mount: August 19-23

Hours:

Thursday & Friday: 4:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Saturday: 12:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Sunday: 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM
