Required Skills & Experience

-1+ year of end-to-end event ownership, including planning and executing events from concept development through budgeting, approvals, logistics, and on-site execution. The successful candidate will have proven experience managing the full event lifecycle independently.

-Experience partnering closely with internal stakeholders, including lawyers and business leaders, within a professional environment.

-Experience working with CRM platforms (e.g., Dynamics 365) to support event tracking, registrations, and communications

-Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely while managing expectations and ensuring alignment with stakeholders.

-Exceptional attention to detail, particularly across administrative responsibilities such as logistics coordination, billing, and event reconciliation.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

-Bilingual in French/English

This is a 100% events-focused role requiring full ownership of events from concept through post-event reconciliation, with a strong emphasis on stakeholder communication in a professional services environment. This role requires flexibility to be onsite for events as needed, including in-office presence to support planning, execution, and stakeholder collaboration at a minimum of 3x a week.
