  • Identify, develop, and drive new partnership opportunities aligned with each athlete's image, goals, and market potential
  • Bring sharp instincts around athlete branding, social visibility, cultural relevance, and partnership fit, ensuring talent are positioned thoughtfully and competitively in the market
  • Mentor and guide junior team members with the execution of athlete collaborations, campaigns, PR opportunities, and sponsorship activations from ideation through delivery
  • Work closely with internal agents and leadership to support athlete strategy, partnership direction, and broader branch priorities
  • Manage the moving pieces behind high-level athlete representation, including partnership obligations, timelines, deliverables, calendars, and relationship follow-through
  • Travel as needed to support athlete priorities, key partnerships, events, appearances, and important moments tied to representation and brand opportunities
  • Attend shoot days, events, and other athlete-facing moments when needed to ensure strong execution, support talent on the ground, and maintain a high standard of service
  • Contribute to the broader strategic direction of the sports branch by identifying whitespace, new opportunities, and ways to continue elevating the roster
  • Stay deeply connected to the sports, media, brand, and creator landscape to ensure our athletes are positioned where they should be - and ahead of where the market is going

  • 6-9 years of experience in athlete management, creator partnerships, sports partnerships, sponsorships, talent management, sports marketing, or a closely related field
  • Strong experience managing or supporting high-profile athlete, creator, or public figure relationships
  • Proven ability to identify and grow brand partnership opportunities with both strategic thinking and strong execution
  • Strong instincts around athlete branding, commercial positioning, and relationship management
  • Deep understanding of the sports, partnership, and digital visibility landscape
  • Experience working in environments where relationships move quickly, expectations are high, and polish matters
  • Someone who is highly organized and detail-oriented, but also commercially minded and naturally strategic

  • You thrive on new challenges, stay calm under pressure, and love the pace and excitement of a dynamic environment.
  • You're a true self-starter - passionate, gritty, and goal-oriented, someone who loves having projects, challenges, and milestones to work toward.
