Job description

Event Risk Uniformed Armed Security Associate

Event Risk is seeking Level III officers to join our team as a Uniformed Armed Security Associate. This part-time position offers a reliable schedule and long-term stability, providing security for client locations in San Antonio, primarily during nights and weekends. Officers will play a critical role in complying with Post Orders to ensure the unit is maintaining a safe environment, mitigating risks, and responding to incidents with professionalism and discretion.

Essential Duties
  • Provide a security presence at client restaurant units.
  • Monitor and assess potential risks; respond swiftly and appropriately to incidents.
  • Maintain a professional and approachable demeanor while enforcing security protocols.
  • Collaborate with business staff, representatives, and emergency services as needed.
  • Complete detailed incident reports and communicate effectively with supervisors.
Qualifications
  • Must have an active Level III security license for the state of Texas and be able to provide your license # during the interviewing process.
  • Sign and comply with the Event Risk weapons waiver.
  • Strong situational awareness and decision-making skills under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

  • Thursday-Saturday 22:00-04:00, 21:00-03:00

Pay Rate: $30
