- Assistant to our Project Management and Production team leaders - responsible for the efficient management of assigned projects (both internal/external)
- The ability to proactively work with leadership to understand the project scope and fulfil supporting tasks as you learn to take on the full scope of work yourself
- Communicate and coordinate as needed with the client and Stamm Media vendors
- Logistic coordination for the equipment and people involved in each project
Requirements
- At least (2) years customer service/events - whether it's been in the hospitality industry to answering customer calls - we need you to be able to put the client first in a reactive manner
- Extreme organization and an ability to self-lead in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive in all stages of a project
- Willingness to travel, work nights and weekends, and good driving record is required
- Audio Visual and IT knowledge a plus, but not required
- Ability to let and carry 50 pounds
