ROLE:
We are looking for a highly skilled Field Marketing Manager with a strong background in field events and digital campaign management to lead marketing initiatives for the Canada region, one of our four Sales Regions in North America. This role will be pivotal in driving demand generation and brand awareness through targeted marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of executing successful field marketing strategies that align with sales goals and enhance customer engagement. Bilingual (English/French) candidates preferred.

In addition to leading initiatives within Canada, this role may also support or take ownership of select field events in the West region, ensuring consistent execution and impact across key markets. This role reports to the Head of Marketing, North America.

WHAT YOU WILL DO WITH US

  • Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive field marketing strategies tailored to regional market needs to drive new lead and pipeline generation.
  • Field Event Management: Plan, organize, and execute high-impact field events, including regional events, roundtables and conferences, to drive lead generation and strengthen customer relationships.
  • Lead and own a flagship event within the Procurement Innovation on Tour series in your region, overseeing end-to-end execution including agenda development, speaker coordination, venue selection, catering, and all other event planning and delivery activities.
  • Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Develop and implement ABM strategies targeting key segments of accounts, creating customized marketing programs that resonate with specific customer needs to support lead generation and engaged accounts conversion.
  • Campaign Management: Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns in collaboration with the product marketing and digital teams, including events, webinars, and digital initiatives, to generate leads and nurture customer relationships.
  • Collaboration with Sales Teams: Partner with sales leadership to understand market dynamics, customer needs, and sales objectives, ensuring marketing efforts effectively support sales goals
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives through metrics and KPIs, making data-driven adjustments to optimize performance.
  • Budget Management: Manage the field marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and maximizing ROI on marketing activities.

YOUR PROFILE

  • 6+ years of marketing experience, including 3+ years in field marketing
  • Field Marketing Expertise: Demonstrated experience in managing field events and executing successful marketing programs that drive customer engagement and lead generation.
  • +3 years experience in managing and executing in-person hosted events
  • ABM Proficiency: Strong understanding of Account-Based Marketing principles and best practices, with a track record of developing targeted campaigns.
  • Project Management Skills: Exceptional organizational and project management abilities, with experience in coordinating multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance and derive actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging and engage diverse audiences.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Proven ability to work collaboratively across teams, driving alignment between marketing and sales.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities while maintaining focus on key objectives.

  • Experience using Hubspot, and any ABM tools like Demandbase, a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or relevant field (Master's degree a plus)
  • English is required as we serve customers throughout Canada from our Montreal location, and a significant majority of business is conducted in English; however, wherever possible, we will support the employee's right to work in French.
