A Day in the Life: 

Responsible for planning and executing prominent events and high-level projects, acting as lead from ideation to completion. Requires strong event-planning skills and project management capabilities, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external contractors to meet deadlines, budget goals, and company expectations. Key liaison between various teams, including Events, Sports Marketing, Field Marketing, Music Marketing, Brand, and Commercial Teams.

The Impact You'll Make: 
  • Strengthens event concepts and overall plans for targeted events. Works closely with internal stakeholders, venue and external contractors.
  • Formulate project scope throughout event planning process and adjust as necessary to ensure successful completion.
  • Reinforces focus on stakeholder needs by attending meetings, creating and maintaining organized show documentation and responding to outstanding questions and concerns.
  • Facilitate the creation of technical diagrams when required, quantifies event costs to align with budget.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing operation teams to help determine equipment needs and technical solutions for projects.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships at all levels of organization and provide outstanding customer service.
  • Guides all phases of event technical execution for load-in through run of show to load-out.
  • Organize onsite changes, including schedule, equipment and workforce modifications.
Who You Are: 
  • Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of -- Management, Communications, Hospitality, Business Administration or related field of study
  • More than 7 years of experience in Event Marketing, Field Marketing, Sales and Brand Management in the beverage/packaged goods industry
  • More than 7 years of experience in Event Planning and Sponsorship Execution experience
  • Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), Microsoft Outlook, the Internet and social media
  • Estimated Monthly Travel: Between 25% & 40% monthly
