Job description

Who we're looking for
Encore is looking for a Seasonal Installer who will be an integral part of the success of the 2026 event season. The Installer assists the delivery driver with loading, unloading, counting, setting up and breaking down rental equipment both onsite with clients and at the warehouse. They actively participate to make sure orders are delivered successfully including equipment preparation, accurate product count, safe loading, on time delivery and execution. They also work closely with the driver to ensure all safe driving practices, including parking, as maintained.
What you'll do
  • Load and unload rental equipment like chairs, tables, and tabletop items onto company vehicles for delivery
  • Ensure all equipment needed for delivery and pick up are loaded in the truck, including hand trucks, jacks, ladders, and cleaning supplies
  • Assist driver with delivery and pick up communication including calling clients in advance of arrival and reviewing paperwork for the next stop
  • Assist the driver by spotting for the truck to ensure there is clearance for the truck, especially when around cables, trees, poles, and buildings

To stand out you'll need to
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Work as scheduled based on company requirements - including weekends
  • Be able to frequently bend, stoop, kneel, reach, and climb
  • Be able to frequently lift, carry, push, and pull objects weighing up to 70 pounds
  • Consent to a pre-employment screening and DMV motor vehicle report pull
  • Be able to pass E-Verify
