Job description

The Phi Kappa Psi Foundation is seeking an energetic, organized, and creative teammate to join our Annual Giving and Chapter Communication Services team as our Associate Director. This role is a great fit for someone who wants hands on experience across fundraising, events, and digital marketing, all in support of a mission that changes studentsโ€™ lives.

You will help execute our national annual fund projects, including email and direct mail campaigns and GivingTuesday. You will also support chapter-based communications for our Chapter Development Services (CDS) clients. You will help our CDS clients with newsletters, solicitations, event logistics, and volunteer engagement.

This role is for someone who likes variety, enjoys keeping many moving pieces on track, and wants to grow their skills in project management, event planning, volunteer engagement, and digital marketing for fundraising.

Weโ€™re looking for someone who:
  • Enjoys planning events and keeping projects moving from first idea to final detail.
  • Has experience, paid or as a volunteer, with project management, event planning, or volunteer coordination.
  • Is interested in digital marketing and how the right strategy turns an email or a post into a gift.
  • Builds relationships easily with donors and chapter volunteers.
  • Is a true team player who shows up, pitches in, and celebrates the wins together.

We are a fun, close knit team that works hard and supports each other every step of the way. At the Phi Kappa Psi Foundation, you will join a collaborative, mission focused group dedicated to expanding educational opportunities, strengthening leadership development, and investing in the lifelong success of our members. The relationships you build and the campaigns you run will directly support students and alumni across the country.
