Summary

 looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented professional with strong communication and organizational skills to join our Global Events team. As a Senior Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in planning and executing high-profile events in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.​

Responsibilities

​Drive operational excellence: Building and refining event processes, documentation, and reporting frameworks to improve efficiency, visibility, and scalability across the program.

Successful Event Execution: Collaborate on multiple projects with seamless operations, clear communication, and extreme attention to detail that results in maintaining high standards for our events.

Strong Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster and sustain trusted partnerships with both internal and external stakeholders.

Scalable Processes: Maintain structured event planning frameworks that ensure consistent execution, scalable operations, and execution of the highest standards.

Requirements

​Experience: 3+ years in corporate events, field marketing, or executive event management, with a proven track record of delivering high-impact, high-profile events.

Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Mail), Microsoft Excel (complex spreadsheets), Salesforce, and Asana. Knowledge of Swoogo and RainFocus is a plus.

Project Management Excellence: Ability to multitask, prioritize competing deadlines, and stay organized in a fast-moving environment.

Customer-Centric Mindset: Outstanding relationship management skills and a commitment to delivering world-class experiences to both internal and external stakeholders.
