Job Overview:
The Trade Marketing & Events Specialist supports brand growth and commercial execution across the beverage category by leading trade marketing initiatives and high-impact events. This role partners closely with Sales, Marketing, and Merchandising teams to strengthen brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities
  • Event Planning & Execution - Lead the planning, coordination, and on-site execution of beverage industry trade shows, and sampling activations. Manage logistics, booth design, vendor relationships, and post-event performance recaps.
  • Trade Marketing Programs - Develop and execute trade marketing initiatives that drive velocity and distribution, including POS materials, promotional merchandise, retail displays, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Sales Enablement - Create sell-in materials, product education tools, and channel-specific assets that support the Sales team in presenting the beverage portfolio to retailers, operators, and distributors.
  • Budget Management - Manage trade marketing and event budgets, ensuring cost-effective planning, accurate forecasting, and timely reconciliation.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with sales, merchandising, marketing and design teams.
  • Performance Tracking - Measure the impact of trade programs and events, providing insights and recommendations to optimize future execution.
  • Compliance Awareness - Ensure all trade materials and activations comply with beverage industry regulations and brand guidelines.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
