  • Develop and manage integrated event marketing campaigns, including registrations, email communications, digital promotion, social media, content assets, and post-event follow-up.
  • Partner with Technology practice leaders, sales teams, and business development professionals to align event strategies with growth objectives and pipeline goals.
  • Manage vendor and alliance partner relationships, including sponsorship opportunities, co-marketing initiatives, MDF programs, and event deliverables.
  • Coordinate all aspects of event execution, including logistics, venues, speakers, agencies, attendee experiences, budgets, contracts, and timelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop event messaging, presentations, collateral, promotional materials, and client communications.
  • Track event performance, lead generation, pipeline contribution, and return on investment to measure business impact and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Ensure timely lead follow-up and nurture activities by coordinating with sales and marketing teams before, during, and after events.
  • Manage multiple event and campaign initiatives simultaneously while maintaining quality, consistency, and alignment with CBIZ brand standards.
  • Stay informed on technology, marketing, and event industry trends to continuously enhance program effectiveness and attendee engagement.
