Proven experience supporting events or marketing operations

Strong project management fundamentals: timelines, logistics, vendors, tracking documents

Coordinate logistical details for NA events (shipping, freight, tracking, timelines, run-of-show updates).

Support production of in-store print materials (quotes, print orders, specs, approvals).

Build and maintain event checklists, packing lists, and production trackers. Support athlete travel logistics (flights, hotels, per diem coordination)
