Employment Type: Contingent Worker (Contract, W2)
Contract Length: 7 months (possible extension)
Compensation: $51/$56 per hour (based on experience)
Summary of the Role
As a Senior Project Management Coordinator, you will support a big biopharma leader's North Carolina site by supporting Human Resources initiatives. This highly organized role focuses on project coordination, workforce planning, metrics tracking, and event logistics to enable strategic planning and organizational effectiveness. You will support cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, ensuring strong project execution and reporting visibility.
Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain project dashboards, metric reports, presentations, and documentation for visibility and performance tracking
  • Coordinate workforce planning activities, including hiring plans, staffing forecasts, and resource tracking
  • Partner with stakeholders on recruiting operations to support business objectives
  • Organize logistics for talent events, workshops, leadership meetings, and engagement activities
  • Schedule meetings, coordinate vendors, manage onsite arrangements, and ensure event preparation
  • Maintain and update project schedules, action logs, and risk trackers
  • Proactively identify and address operational risks, gaps, and process improvement opportunities
  • Assist with the implementation of process improvements and continuous improvement initiatives
