Job description

Responsible for driving event marketing programs targeted at clients and prospects - focusing on smaller, less complex events and internal events.

Job Description

  • Responsible for all planning aspects and facilitation of project plan to drive all event logistics components. ensuring timeline for all components is met
  • Manage all logistical details (conferencing space, food & beverage, lodging, transportation, badges, giveaways, a/v, tent cards, etc.)
  • Creation and oversight for invitation & registration process
  • Shipping of pertinent materials and supplies
  • Raise issues and risks to senior members of the team for resolution
  • Work with appropriate stakeholders to create the event strategy, themes, messaging, program content, agenda and all presentation materials
  • Staff selection and information sharing for onsite team members
  • Handle all administrative payment initiatives (creating POs, check requests, etc.)
  • Post-event reporting and measurement - financial & ROI
  • Partner with senior members on more complex projects as required

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Technical / Business experience Required

Work Experience

  • 2-4 years relevant work experience Preferred
  • 2 years managing multi-faceted projects Required
  • Tradeshow experience Preferred
