Position Type: Full-Time (Wednesday through Sunday) 
Position Overview

We are seeking an organized, energetic, and customer service oriented Party & Events Coordinator to oversee birthday parties, private events, seasonal festivals, and special celebrations hosted at our farm. This individual will be responsible for creating exceptional guest experiences while assisting with coordinating every detail from booking through event completion.
This role is perfect for someone who loves working with people, enjoys event planning, has excellent organizational skills, and doesn’t mind getting a little dusty while working on a beautiful farm.
Key Responsibilities

Event Planning & Client Relations

  • Respond to event inquiries via phone, email, and social media
  • Conduct venue tours for prospective clients
  • Coordinate party details including themes, activities, food, décor, and scheduling
  • Prepare contracts, invoices, and event timelines
  • Maintain communication with clients leading up to their event
  • Ensure every event reflects the farm’s brand and hospitality
Event Coordination

  • Oversee setup and breakdown of all parties and events
  • Coordinate vendors including catering, photographers, entertainers, and rental companies
  • Ensure decorations and event spaces are prepared on time
  • Welcome guests and serve as the primary point of contact during events
  • Resolve any issues quickly while maintaining a positive guest experience
Farm Activities

  • Coordinate horse interactions, pony rides, animal encounters, and farm activities
  • Work closely with farm and party staff to ensure animal safety and scheduling
