Position: Graphics Assistant
Schedule: Part-Time – 3 full days or 5 half days per week

Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable and creative Graphics Assistant to support our graphics and marketing operations. This position combines graphic/printing responsibilities with hands-on preparation of marketing materials, merchandising items, and trade show accessories.

Responsibilities
  • Print and prepare marketing and promotional materials.
  • Assist with graphics production and printing projects.
  • Box, package, and assemble marketing materials, merchandising items, and trade show accessories.
  • Assist with preparing materials for trade shows, events, and company promotions.
  • Operate printing equipment and work with graphics/design software.
  • Organize completed materials and ensure projects are prepared accurately and on time.
  • Perform hands-on tasks that may include lifting, carrying, assembling, packing, and moving materials.
  • Maintain an organized and clean graphics/production work area.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience with printing, graphics, and related design software is required.
  • Familiarity with graphic design programs and printing processes.
  • Graphic Design degree is preferred but not required.
  • Must be able to speak and communicate effectively in English.
  • Must be physically capable of performing manual work, including assembling, boxing, lifting, and moving materials.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
