The Hospitality Aide at Senior Suites (SS) plays a vital role in ensuring a welcoming, comfortable, and safe environment for all residents and visitors. This position focuses on delivering exceptional customer service by assisting with daily hospitality needs, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting the overall ambiance of the facility. The Hospitality Aide collaborates closely with other team members to enhance the resident experience through attentiveness and responsiveness to individual preferences and requests. This role requires a compassionate and proactive approach to meet the diverse needs of senior residents, contributing to their well-being and satisfaction. Ultimately, the Hospitality Aide helps create a warm, respectful, and inviting atmosphere that promotes a high quality of life within the Senior Suites community.

Minimum Qualifications:
