General Description WELCOME TO VIP - VOLUNTEER IN PASCO. Thank you for your interest in becoming a volunteer with the Pasco County Board of County Commissioners and giving back to your community. In Pasco County, we strive to provide excellent public services that meet the needs of our citizens and enhance the quality of live for our residents and visitors.

You can view the VIP Manual at the below listed website, prior to completing the VIP application: VIP Manual Essential Job Functions The Animal Services Division offers multiple opportunities for volunteers including Adoption Aide, Special Events Aide, Educational Outreach, Groundskeeping, Dog Walker, Cat Socializer, Photographer, and more. (Minimum age - 16 years old). Additional release forms, background check authorizations, and parental consent forms may be required prior to the first day of volunteer activities.
