Job description

We are looking for a Medical Office Secretary to take charge of patient intake and scheduling at a multicialty clinic in Brooklyn, New York for our evening hours.
Hours: 5pm-11PM Sunday-Thursday
Responsibilities: Patient intake and documentation collection. Patient Scheduling. Assisting providers and nurses when necessary. Answering and addressing phone calls.
Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge and proficiency in eClinicalWorks. Experience as a medical secretary and knowledge of multispecialty practices.
