About the Role:


As our Assistant Sales Manager, you'll be the driving force behind your front desk team's success, overseeing all operations, guiding your front desk sales team to exceed performance metrics, and ensuring unparalleled guest satisfaction. You'll lead by example, inspire your team, and help create a vibrant and energetic workplace where everyone thrives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the front desk Guest Service Associate team in surpassing center and individual associate sales goals and KPIs, implementing strategies to drive sales growth and maximize profitability.
  • Support in inventory analysis and center procedures to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Supervise, train, motivate, inspire, and coach associates in achieving their professional best.
  • Maintain exceptional service standards, promptly addressing guest feedback and fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Assist in training and developing a high-performing team, providing ongoing coaching and support to maximize their potential.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety standards, fostering a positive and compliant work environment.
  • Collaborate with the Center Manager and company leadership to execute initiatives and drive overall center business success.

Requirements

Job Experience/Skill Set:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • One to four years of supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, along with general computer literacy required.
  • Experience in POS and electronic booking systems preferred
  • Experience coaching, developing, and motivating those around you.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and lead a team that drives results.
  • Flexible work schedule availability, including morning, evening, and weekends.
  • Able to work a full time schedule of 40 hours a week

Physical Demands:

  • Regularly required to stand, walk, sit, stoop, kneel, or crouch.
  • Use of upper extremities for typing, handling, feeling, and reaching.
  • Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
  • Must possess sensory abilities to observe and detect emergency situations.
