Position Summary:

We seek a motivated and personable Delegate Sales Representative to join our team. This individual will focus on driving attendance for our highly regarded healthcare events and programs portfolio. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong understanding of sales workflows and CRM tools, including HubSpot SalesHub or Salesforce. They should excel in moving prospects through the sales funnel—from initial outreach to closing—leveraging multiple communication channels to engage and convert leads.


Key Responsibilities:

Outreach and Prospecting:

  • Utilize email, phone calls, SMS, LinkedIn outreach, and other methods to engage targeted prospects.
  • Research and identify key decision-makers and stakeholders within assigned segments.
  • Craft personalized, compelling messages to drive attendance for upcoming events.


Pipeline Management:

  • Operate within an automated sales workflow in HubSpot SalesHub, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms.
  • Accurately update prospect records, including activity logs, contact information, and deal stages.
  • Monitor the progress of prospects through the pipeline and adjust strategies to meet or exceed sales goals.


Closing Attendee Prospects:

  • Successfully convert qualified prospects into confirmed attendees for events and meetings.
  • Communicate the value proposition of the company’s events to prospects clearly and persuasively.
  • Address objections and tailor messaging to align with prospects' needs and goals.


Adaptability and Communication:

  • Adapt quickly to shifting priorities, new target segments, or updated event details.
  • Provide regular updates to executives on pipeline progress, sales metrics, and closed/won deals.
  • Actively participate in meetings, sharing insights and strategies for continuous improvement.


Collaboration and Teamwork:

  • Work closely with marketing and business owners to ensure alignment on campaign goals, offers, and messaging.
  • Leverage feedback from prospects to enhance communication strategies and event positioning.


Key Capabilities and Skill Sets:

  • CRM Expertise: Proficiency in HubSpot SalesHub, Salesforce, or other CRM platforms for managing workflows, records, and analytics.
  • Sales-Oriented: Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a high-touch, customer-facing environment.
  • Multichannel Outreach: Experience leveraging email, phone, SMS, and LinkedIn to engage and convert leads.
