Job description

Job Summary:

This position will fill the role of playing a pivotal role in supporting internal sales operations. The overall goal for this position โ€“ and the inside sales department as a whole โ€“ is to increase the sales team's efficiency and future growth potential. This will be achieved through many different avenues including, but not limited to, the following:

  • Providing consistent, reliable customer support
  • Management and delegation of new sales leads
  • Internal sales support
  • CRM data organization

Key abilities will include mastery of all ECS products and services, mastery of the ECS sales process, Salesforce data management, attention to detail, communication, patience, and professionalism. All the aforementioned attributes will be of the utmost importance in this role. This position will report directly to the Inside Sales Manager.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Internal sales support

  • External sales support

  • Lead Management

Physical Requirements/Working Conditions:

  • This is an in-office position requiring regular working hours at ECS headquarters
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds as necessary.
