Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients, serving as their go-to resource for compliance support and consultation.
  • Compliance Auditing & Reporting: Conduct quarterly on-site audits of client operations, evaluate compliance with regulatory requirements, document findings, and present clear, actionable recommendations to client stakeholders.
  • Training & Presentations: Develop and deliver formal training sessions and presentations for both clients and internal teams, communicating compliance best practices and regulatory updates effectively.
  • Process Development & Implementation: Partner with clients to design and implement comprehensive compliance processes, providing ongoing support to ensure these practices remain current and effective.
  • Issue Identification & Resolution: Collaborate with clients to identify areas of non-compliance, address concerns, and deliver tailored solutions to minimize business risk.
  • Project & Resource Support: Assist with the execution of compliance projects, including conducting research and creating resources that help clients meet regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

  • Industry Experience: At least two years of experience working in a retail automobile dealership or with a compliance/risk services provider.
  • Compliance Knowledge: Understanding of compliance issues relevant to automobile dealerships, including Human Resources and OSHA requirements.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with experience conducting formal training and presenting to large audiences.
  • Customer Service: Demonstrated ability to build positive client relationships, address concerns effectively, and support compliance initiatives.
  • Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines consistently.
  • Self-Motivation: Capable of working independently with minimal supervision, taking full ownership of assigned duties.
  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in using Microsoft Office Suite and web-based software applications.

Education & Additional Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is required.
  • Travel & Territory Management: Ability to travel frequently (up to 5 days per week) to client locations (Midwest) to conduct on-site assessments and training.
  • Location: Based in Chicago, IL.
  • Training: In-person at our corporate office in Irving, TX during the first month.
  • Professional Appearance: Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Work Culture: Dynamic, fast-paced team where self-motivation, dedication, and a commitment to excellence drive success.
