Our client, an international law firm, seeks a driven attorney with a minimum of six years of experience in Trust & Estates to join the firm in the Boca Raton office. Join a group of professionals in private client, tax-oriented estate and trust planning, and wealth management.
What you'll need
  • An in-depth understanding of the tax code, trust and estates laws, securities regulations, and accounting procedures
  • Significant client-facing experience
  • Experience training and mentoring junior associates
  • Effective tax planning skills and experience
  • A background in wealth transfer, philanthropic giving, and business succession planning
  • Portable business is not required, but is a plus
Requirements
  • Must be licensed in good standing in Florida
  • A legal background working with high net worth families.
  • Work onsite in Boca Raton; Miami may be considered.
  • 6+ years of experience in Trust & Estates
  • LL.M. in Tax or Estate Planning is a plus
