Trust & Estate Attorney

Our client, a well-established and highly respected law firm in Hollywood, Florida, is seeking an experienced Trust & Estate Attorney to join its growing practice. This is an outstanding opportunity for an attorney who enjoys working closely with individuals and families to develop sophisticated estate planning strategies while providing exceptional client service.

Responsibilities

  • Draft and review estate planning documents, including wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, and related documents.
  • Advise clients on estate, gift, wealth transfer, and asset protection strategies.
  • Handle trust and estate administration matters from inception through completion.
  • Assist clients with probate administration and related legal proceedings.
  • Counsel fiduciaries, trustees, executors, and beneficiaries regarding their legal rights and responsibilities.
  • Research and analyze complex legal and tax issues affecting estate planning and trust administration.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and responsive service.
  • Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to deliver efficient, high-quality legal services.

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
  • Active member in good standing with The Florida Bar.
  • Minimum of 3 years of Trust & Estate, Estate Planning, Probate, or Trust Administration experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Florida estate planning and probate law.
  • Experience drafting sophisticated estate planning documents.
  • Excellent analytical, writing, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple matters while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
