Armed Estate Security – On-Call Rover (High-Profile Estates)

We are seeking elite, professional, and highly adaptable Armed Security Rovers to support our primary security teams. This role is specifically designed for specialists who can provide high-level coverage for call-outs, surge needs, and specialized shifts.
As a Rover, you will step into various high-stakes environments at a moment’s notice, maintaining the "gold standard" of protection for our high-net-worth clientele. This is an ideal role for current or former law enforcement and military veterans seeking flexible, high-tier supplemental work.
Compensation: $24.00 per Hour
Position Type: On-Call / Rover (Variable Shifts)
Key Responsibilities

  • Rapid Deployment: Provide seamless coverage for scheduled absences or short-notice call-outs.
  • Versatile Protection: Quickly adapt to different estate layouts, security protocols, and client preferences.
  • Perimeter & Access Control: Conduct vigilant patrols, monitor CCTV, and manage high-profile access points.
  • Professional Presence: Maintain absolute discretion and a polished demeanor in luxury residential environments.
  • Incident Response: Act as the first line of defense in the event of alarms or unusual activity with sound tactical judgment.
Requirements

  • Licensing: Must possess a valid Armed Security License/Guard Card.

  • Experience: Prior Law Enforcement, Military, or Private Security experience is required.
  • Adaptability: Ability to learn new site protocols quickly and work various shifts (Day, Swing, or Graveyard).
  • Reliability: A "ready-to-go" mindset with a high degree of punctuality.
  • Vetting: Must pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior Executive Protection (EP) or Estate Security experience.
  • Current CPR/First Aid and AED Certification.
  • Tactical training or advanced firearms proficiency.
