Tenant Service Representative

As a Tenant Service Representative at JLL,you will be the front deskpersonandgreeterfor an Office building or portfolio. You'll provideexceptionalcustomer service and serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, clients and visitors.This entry-level position provides an outstanding opportunity to launch your career in commercial property management, where you'll work alongside experienced professionals who are committed to your growth and development.

Estimated total compensation for this position:

$21.63 - $24.04 USD per hour

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .

Expected Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm

What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for tenant inquiries, requests, and concerns via phone, email, and in-person interactions

  • Process and coordinate work orders for maintenance, repairs, and facility services to ensure timely resolution of tenant needs

  • Collaborate with property management, engineering, and vendor teams to ensure seamless service delivery and tenant satisfaction

  • Support building events, communications, and community engagement initiatives that enhance thetenantexperience

  • Provide administrative support including data entry, document preparation, and maintenance of tenant databases

  • All other tasks which may berequiredtocomply withProperty Management Agreements, local ordinances, or as necessary to ensure property operations

Required qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent;Associate'sorBachelor'sdegree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in hospitality, retail, or office environments

  • 1-2 years of experience with work order management systems and vendor coordination
