10-8 Realty is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as a primary point of contact for clients, tenants, prospective customers, and business partners, providing timely assistance and ensuring a positive experience throughout every interaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and online communication channels.
  • Provide accurate information regarding properties, services, appointments, applications, and general inquiries.
  • Assist clients and tenants with questions, concerns, and service requests.
  • Schedule property tours, appointments, and follow-up communications.
  • Maintain accurate customer and property records in company systems.
  • Follow up with prospective clients and applicants in a timely and professional manner.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team member or department.
  • Process and document customer requests according to company procedures.
  • Monitor incoming communications and ensure timely responses.
  • Maintain confidentiality when handling customer and company information.
  • Collaborate with property management, leasing, and administrative teams.
  • Perform other customer service and administrative duties as assigned.
