We are seeking a highly capable, experienced Estate Planning Attorney with advanced tax expertise to join as a key leader in this growth journey.

The Role:

  • This is not a traditional associate position. You will work directly with the founder as part of a core leadership team, supported by an experienced paralegal, and play a central role in:

  • Delivering sophisticated estate planning and advanced tax strategies

  • Serving as a technical leader and resource for other attorneys in the firm

  • Helping build systems and processes that enable scalable growth

  • Supporting client relationships and ensuring exceptional client outcomes

  • Contributing to strategic decisions and long-term firm development

  • This role offers a clear path to significant leadership responsibility and equity participation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement advanced estate planning strategies, including complex trust structures and tax-efficient planning

  • Advise high-net-worth clients on estate, gift, and generation-skipping tax matters

  • Collaborate closely with the founder on complex cases and firm strategy

  • Mentor and support junior attorneys in technical development

  • Maintain high standards of client service and communication
