NEW YORK LICENSE REQUIRED

Rosenblum Law is seeking a part-time, remote, estate planning attorney to support our growing trust and estate practice. This role is focused on reviewing and finalizing estate plans prepared by our internal team.

We have a strong system in place with paralegal-driven drafting using Wealth Counsel. We are looking for an attorney who can step in, ensure quality, and handle final legal oversight.

What You'll Do

  • Review estate planning documents (revocable living trusts) drafted by our paralegal team
  • Sign off on completed plans after confirming accuracy and alignment with client goals
  • Provide custom language or revisions when client needs fall outside standard templates
  • Communicate with our client services team on drafting-related questions or adjustments

Volume

  • 30 to 75 trust reviews per month

Compensation

  • $150 per trust reviewed (flat rate)
  • average trust review time +/- 1 hour

Requirements

  • Active New York law license
  • 3+ years experience with drafting / reviewing estate plans
  • Familiarity with Wealth Counsel is a plus
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to review efficiently without sacrificing quality
  • Comfortable working remotely and communicating with a distributed team
