Job description

We are seeking an Estate Planning Attorney to work directly with individuals and families on wills, trusts, powers of attorney, probate matters, and long-term estate planning. The attorney will guide clients through their options, prepare customized estate documents, and handle matters from the initial consultation through completion.


Responsibilities:


  • Meet with clients to understand family, financial, and estate planning needs
  • Draft and review wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related documents
  • Advise clients on probate, trust administration, and asset protection matters
  • Review existing estate plans and recommend appropriate updates
  • Work closely with paralegals and support staff to complete client matters accurately


Requirements:


  • JD and active Massachusetts Bar license required. Estate planning, probate, trust administration, or elder law experience is preferred, along with strong drafting and client communication skills.


Salary:


  • $95,000 – $165,000 per year, depending on experience, book of business, and qualifications.
