About the Role

Seeking an experienced Senior Escrow Officer to manage the entire escrow process for real estate transactions, ensuring all parties involved are informed and updated throughout the process.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the entire escrow process for real estate transactions, ensuring all parties involved are informed and updated throughout the process.

  • Review contracts and other legal documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.

  • Prepare and distribute escrow instructions, including the calculation of prorations and other financial details.

  • Coordinate with lenders, title companies, and other parties to ensure a smooth closing process.

  • Conduct research and resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the escrow process.

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to each escrow transaction.

Requirements
  • Knowledge and proficiency with Qualia system.

  • Knowledge of basic math principles to perform calculations related to escrow transactions.

  • Familiarity with contracts and legal documents related to real estate transactions.

  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients, lenders, and other parties involved in the escrow process.

  • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in reviewing documents and performing calculations.
