Ardurra is looking to hire an ERP Systems Administrator (Deltek Vantagepoint) to join our Information Technology team.  This position is open to remote applicants.

Position Summary:

The ERP Systems Administrator is responsible for managing, supporting, and optimizing the company's ERP system. This role involves maintaining the ERP system, troubleshooting issues, providing user support, and implementing system upgrades and enhancements. The ERP System Administrator will work closely with the shared services teams and other stakeholders to ensure the system meets organizational needs and drives efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • System Administration: Manage and maintain the company’s ERP System (Deltek Vantagepoint) ensuring optimal performance and availability.
  • User Support: Provide technical support and training to end-users, addressing queries and resolving system-related issues promptly.
  • Data Management: Oversee data integrity and accuracy, ensuring proper data flow and consistency.
  • Data Migration: Assist and support in the migration of acquisition data.
  • System Enhancements: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify system enhancement opportunities and assist in the implementation of new features and tools.
  • SQL Queries and Workflows: Develop and maintain complex queries and stored procedures in Microsoft SQL Server.
  • Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve system issues, working with technical teams as necessary to ensure minimal disruption to operations.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for system processes, user guides, and troubleshooting procedures to support end-users effectively.

      Required Qualifications:

      • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
      • Minimum 3 years of experience with ERP systems, preferably with Deltek Vantagepoint or Vision.
      • Expertise in Microsoft SQL Server (queries, stored procedures, performance tuning).
      • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
      • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with various levels of the organization.
      • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.

        Preferred Qualifications:

        • Deltek ERP experience.
        • Familiarity with financial reporting tools and methodologies, or Corporate Accounting processes in a professional services environment.
        • Background in professional services, architecture/engineering, or construction industries.
