ERP System Administrator


Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced ERP System Administrator to support a mission-critical construction ERP environment. This ERP System Administrator will step into a high-impact, interim role focused on maintaining system stability and driving process improvements within a Trimble/Viewpoint Spectrum ecosystem. The ideal ERP System Administrator is hands-on, solution-oriented, and comfortable navigating a fast-paced environment with limited documentation.

This opportunity offers flexibility for remote or onsite work and provides strong visibility across the organization, interacting with stakeholders from operations through executive leadership.


Core Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all ERP-related break/fix issues, resolving daily system challenges in a timely manner (approximately 75% of workload)
  • Troubleshoot and correct issues related to general ledger postings, payroll processing, equipment usage, and data inconsistencies
  • Partner with accounting, project management, and operations teams to identify and resolve back-end system errors
  • Analyze existing workflows and implement improvements or automation where appropriate (approximately 25% of workload)
  • Support and maintain reporting functions, including Crystal Reports and Excel-based tools such as InfoLink
  • Provide high-quality, customer-facing support across all organizational levels
  • Operate as a self-sufficient ERP System Administrator, diagnosing system issues independently without extensive documentation

Required Qualifications:

  • Extensive hands-on experience with Trimble/Viewpoint Spectrum ERP
