Fluidra’s looking for an ERP Administrator to join our team!

WHAT YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE 

The ERP Administrator is responsible for the administration, governance, and continuous improvement of the Epicor ERP platform. The role ensures system stability, supports change management, and drives optimization of ERP processes across the organization. Additionally, you will: 

Main Assignments

  • Serve as primary functional administrator for Epicor ERP.
  • Oversee and directly maintain ERP configuration, security, roles, and user access to ensure alignment across business units while meeting governance standards.
  • Monitor ERP performance and stability, identifying risks to uptime and business continuity.
  • Ensure ERP processes are implemented consistently across business units by following established methods or assisting in the development of new ones.
  • Review incoming feature and enhancement requests for business value, process alignment, and operational impact. Feasibility will be assessed in collaboration with development and IT leadership.
  • Provide structured recommendations to the Applications Manager and steering committee for prioritization.
  • Facilitate discussions when required, ensuring clarity of business case and expected outcomes.
  • Coordinate ERP testing and release coordination for system upgrades and new features.
  • Validate post-release functionality, adoption, and process compliance.
  • Drive continuous improvement and cross-company standardization of ERP processes.
  • Work with key business users to advise on best practices and provide training as needed.
  • Assist development efforts by providing clarity of user requirements.

 

Other Assignments

  • Serve as the functional escalation point for all ERP-related incidents submitted through the help desk. Coordinate resolution efforts with IT, development, and external partners to drive incidents to closure.
  • Ensure root cause analysis is performed and permanent corrective actions are identified and implemented where necessary.
  • Document lessons learned and process improvements to reduce recurrence.
  • Coordinate with Epicor support and third-party partners for issue resolution and enhancement efforts.
  • Ensure vendor deliverables meet business expectations.

EDUCATION
