The ERP Specialist supports the HD Brakes Platform-including Webb Wheel Products (OEM & Aftermarket), TSE Brakes, and Triangle Suspension-in the ongoing modernization of its ERP environment.
The position will be based in Cullman AL or Birmingham AL. Periodic travels to manufacturing facilities including Siloam Springs AR, Tell City IN, and DuBois PA are required to support ERP implementation, testing, and user training activities.
This position plays a key role in the transition from Sage 100 (SQL) at the Triangle business unit and the overall platform migration toward a unified next-generation ERP platform. The role will also focus on optimizing existing Sage-based processes and ensuring data integrity and process alignment during each phase of the transition.
The ERP Specialist acts as a functional and technical liaison between IT, Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain teams, ensuring data integrity, business process alignment, and system reliability across multiple sites and business units.Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for ERP systems across HD Brakes, focusing on moving away from Sage 100 (SQL).
  • Support and enhance current ERP configurations, workflows, and reporting Using AI tools where it is needed
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across Finance, Manufacturing, Purchasing, and Sales within all business units to evaluate business processes and architect scalable, standardized ERP solutions that support enterprise-wide operations.
  • Assist in data migration, integration, and testing between Sage 100, to new ERP.
  • Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and analytics using SQL, Power BI, and AI related tools.
  • Troubleshoot ERP-related issues and coordinate with IT shared services, external vendors, and system integrators for resolution.
  • Drive multi-site ERP standardization efforts and align business processes across Webb, TSE, and Triangle to support a single, integrated ERP environment.
  • Maintain strong data governance, audit readiness, and compliance with Marmon IT 30 Cyber and Data Standards.
  • Provide training, documentation, and support for business users; create step-by-step SOPs and testing scripts for new functionality.
  • Participate in ERP project teams for platform evaluation, pilot implementations, and full deployment phases.
  • Work closely with existing IT staff, assisting as needed to support daily system operations.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.
  • 3-5 years of direct ERP administration or support experience.
  • Understanding of manufacturing and distribution processes, including production management, inventory control, purchasing, and financial modules.
  • Proficiency in SQL queries, data validation, and reporting tools (SSRS, Power BI, AI).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to map business requirements to system functionality.
  • Experience coordinating across multiple facilities and time zones within a corporate group or multi-division company.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently while supporting platform-wide initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting or implementing ERP systems in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with data migration, API integration, and reporting automation.
  • Knowledge of Power Automate, Azure Data Factory, or other integration tools.
  • Exposure to Sage 100 SQL upgrades, multi-bin inventory, and Production Management modules.
  • ERP certifications a plus.
  • Familiarity with Marmon IT architecture, cybersecurity standards, and audit processes.
Work Environment

This position operates out of Cullman, AL with periodic travel to HD Brakes manufacturing sites (Siloam Springs AR, Tell City. IN, and Dubois PA) as needed for ERP project implementation, testing, and training.
