KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Efficiently manage & organize emails, and respond to questions in a professional and timely manner
  • Utilize ERP software to enter orders based on communication with customers while providing order updates & forecasts
  • Plan appropriate and timely work orders for the production line based on customer orders and needs
  • Oversee production line flow of materials & work orders to include providing the line with more work as apprpriate
  • Manage shipments and receipt of orders composed mostly of small packages but may include large freight shipments
  • Excercise proper accuracy with paperwork and precise detail with order packaging to ensure safe and damage-free shipment of goods
Requirements:
  • Ability to read and interpret documents and correspondence including emails, various types of sales orders, operations and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
  • Strictly adhere to safety rules
  • Competently draft routine reports and correspondence
  • Five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Basic computer skills including MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Exposure to Sage/ERP software preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent
