Job Title: ERISA & Employee Benefits Attorney (Of Counsel - Partnership Track)
Location: Fully Remote (U.S. Nationwide)
Compensation: $350,000 Base Salary + Bonus Structure + Benefits
I am working with a nationally recognized law firm seeking an experienced ERISA & Employee Benefits Attorney with 6+ years of experience to join their Benefits, Labor & Employment practice as Of Counsel with a path toward partnership.
This fully remote opportunity offers the chance to work with sophisticated corporate clients, including Fortune 500 companies, while handling complex employee benefits matters alongside a highly regarded national team.
Experience Includes:
• Advising employers, plan sponsors, and fiduciaries on ERISA compliance, fiduciary matters, and benefits issues.
• Handling retirement plans, health & welfare plans, executive compensation, and regulatory matters.
• Representing clients in DOL and IRS matters, audits, and related proceedings.
• Advising on employee benefits matters connected with M&A transactions.
Ideal Background:
• 6+ years of ERISA and Employee Benefits experience.
• Management-side law firm experience.
• Strong knowledge of ERISA, fiduciary issues, retirement plans, and employee benefits compliance.
• Ability to manage matters independently and build client relationships.
