This is an opportunity to join a firm experiencing explosive growth while building alongside a leadership team with deep institutional relationships and a unique market positioning.
This role is ideal for experienced Equity Sales Traders or Equity Derivatives professionals who are looking to step away from the traditional bulge bracket environment and join a platform offering a more entrepreneurial, intellectually engaging, and differentiated approach to the institutional marketplace.
The firm has seen exceptional year-over-year growth and is continuing to expand its footprint across the hedge fund and institutional investment community. Their platform is resonating strongly with multi-strategy hedge funds, long-only asset managers, macro funds, quant firms, and institutional investors seeking differentiated geopolitical and thematic insights.
This position offers substantial upside, strong long-term growth potential, and the opportunity to monetize an existing network through a truly unique institutional product offering.
Location
  • Remote anywhere in the United States

Equity Sales Trader Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with institutional buy-side clients, including multi-strategy hedge funds, long-only asset managers, macro funds, and quantitative firms
  • Leverage an existing book of business and institutional relationships to drive revenue growth
  • Generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach, relationship management, and strategic networking
  • Partner with internal sales and trading teams to deliver differentiated geopolitical and thematic content to clients
  • Expand account coverage and deepen relationships with CIOs, Portfolio Managers, and institutional trading desks
  • Help grow and build the platform alongside a rapidly expanding team
  • Operate in a highly entrepreneurial and collaborative environment focused on long-term growth

Equity Sales Trader Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in Equity Sales Trading, Electronic Trading, or Equity Derivatives Sales
  • Existing book of business and strong institutional buy-side relationships required
  • Demonstrated relationships with hedge funds, asset managers, family offices, or institutional investors
  • Proven ability to generate and monetize client relationships
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in joining a high-growth platform
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Series 7 and applicable FINRA licenses preferred
  • Bachelor's degree preferred

Why This Opportunity Stands Out
  • Opportunity to move beyond traditional Wall Street sales and trading environments
  • Join a platform with differentiated geopolitical and macro intelligence capabilities
  • Highly unique institutional product offering gaining traction across the hedge fund community
  • Significant runway for growth across the U.S. and globally
  • Collaborative and mission-driven culture
  • High earning potential with meaningful upside tied to production and business generation
  • Ideal for professionals seeking a more dynamic, engaging, and intellectually stimulating environment than traditional bulge bracket platforms

Compensation & Benefits
  • Salary Range: $85,000 - $120,000/year DOE
  • High commission and production-based upside that will drastically exceed base salary
  • Significant earning potential tied directly to revenue generation and business growth
  • PPO and HSA health plan options available
