Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate interviews, training sessions, and onboarding activities

• Maintain accurate records of candidate communications and recruiting activities

• Participate in training and professional development programs

• Must be willing to obtain a Life Insurance License
Qualifications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to engage and communicate effectively with people from diverse backgrounds
• Comfortable using social media, networking, and relationship-building to connect with others
• Must be coachable, self-motivated, and willing to learn
• Must be willing to obtain a Life Insurance License
• No prior financial services experience required; training provided
• High school diploma or equivalent required (college degree is a plus)
• Must be at least 18 years old
