Job Summary:

Responsible for the cleaning of all common areas, elevators, garages…etc. for the Bear Paw Lodge Homeowners Association, which entails 4 separate buildings

Job Specifications:   

  • Starting Wage: $22.00/hr - $24.69/hr
  • Employment Type: Year Round 
  • Shift Type: Full Time hours available
  • Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age 
  • Housing Availability: No  

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Follow daily cleaning schedule
  • Complete shoulder season deep cleaning projects
  • Maintain housekeeping room, organize linen and cleaning products
  • Position is bonus eligible 
  • Ability to lift 50lbs
  • Must be able to communicate in English

Job Requirements:   

  • 1-3 years of previous housekeeping experience preferred guest service or hospitality a plus    

  • Must be able to communicate in English, bilingual a plus  

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including split shifts, nights, holidays, and weekends  

  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.  

  • Must be able to stand for extended periods, up to 4 hours while consistently bending and lifting  

  • Detail-oriented, self-motivating, and strong communicator, both written & verbal  

  • Must be flexible, adaptable, versatile, and responsive to the needs of the housekeeping responsibilities 

The expected pay range is $22.00/hr - $24.69/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
