As an Healthcare Technical Consulting Senior Associate you will:

Partner with a team of healthcare, technical and project management consultants to ensure the seamless integration, data migration and system performance of Epic systems

Leverage technical expertise in Epic modules providing support to optimize the systems functionality in workflow and technology to improve hospital operations and financial outcomes

Provide guidance and recommendations on Epic applications offering suggestions and participating in discussions on operational and technology improvements

Identify opportunities for system optimization and enhancement to improve efficiency and user satisfaction

Requirements:

Experience in the implementation and/or support lifecycle of Epic's Payer Platform

Strong understanding of payer operations, claims, eligibility, and related workflows

3+ years of Epic experience providing Epic consulting in hospitals and healthcare systems

Ability to gather requirements, lead discussions, and translate operational needs into Epic solutions

Experience with system build, testing, and workflow optimization

Project management experience with Epic implementations

Willingness and ability to travel when necessary, however, at times you are required to provide high-level services remotely

Current permanent U.S. Work authorization required

Preferences:

Undergraduate Degree (e.g., BA, BS)

Epic Payer Platform certification (highly preferred)

Additional Epic certifications (e.g., Tapestry, Benefits Engine, Claims, or other relevant modules)

Experience working in payer organizations or health systems with payer operations

Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholdermanagement skills

The estimated base salary range for this job will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. The job is also eligible toparticipatein Huron's benefit plans, which include medical, dental and vision coverage, and other wellness programs.
