Job description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and dependable Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support our construction/consulting team with day-to-day administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and demonstrates a strong sense of initiative and accountability.


This is an on-site position.


Approximately 30 hours per week. Need to be available Monday - Friday from 9-5pm


Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
  • Quick books data entry
  • Handle office supplies, mail runs, emails, and calls.
  • Provide general administrative support across departments.
  • Keep office organized and decorated for events and holidays.

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player who takes direction well.
  • Must pass a background check.
  • Bilingual (must be fluent in English; Spanish preferred).
  • 1–3 years of administrative experience preferred.

EPIC was founded by Alfredo Moran Hassan, Johnny Rojas and Jackie Jones in 2003 as EPIC Consultants, a consulting firm in continuous improvement. With its solid expertise in Engineering and an innovative mindset, in 2010, EPIC brought in David Moran, PE and successfully branched out to perform construction contracts with the public sector.​
