Responsibilities for Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

  • Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with their plan of care, including medication administration, assessments, wound care, and documentation.
  • Supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by Nursing Assistants.
  • Monitor residentsโ€™ conditions and promptly notify physicians of any changes.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure residents receive optimal care.

Shift Options for Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

  • Day & Evening shifts available.
  • Full-Time or Part- Time all shifts (7 a.m. โ€“ 3 p.m., 3pm to 11 pm , with every other weekend required.
  • Flexible 8-hour shifts for PRN status

Qualifications for Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

  • At least one year of experience in Long-Term Care.
