Job Description

BHC Express is a delivery company operating from a delivery station in Culver City. We are hiring reliable and energetic E-Bike Delivery Drivers to deliver packages throughout West Los Angeles.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, staying active, and providing excellent customer service. You will use a company-provided electric cargo bike to deliver up to 300 packages per shift in densely populated neighborhoods.

No drivers license is required. The electric cargo bike, helmet, delivery equipment, and uniform are provided.

Responsibilities
  • Safely operate a company-provided electric cargo bike
  • Deliver up to 300 packages per shift throughout West Los Angeles
  • Follow assigned delivery routes using a company-provided mobile device
  • Load and unload packages and delivery equipment
  • Deliver packages accurately and provide excellent customer service
  • Follow all traffic laws, bike-safety requirements, and company procedures
  • Properly secure packages and equipment while operating the bike
  • Communicate with dispatch throughout the shift
  • Work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, and rain
  • Assist the delivery team as needed
Physical Requirements

Applicants must be able to perform the following duties, with or without reasonable accommodation:

  • Ride and safely control an electric cargo bike for an extended period
  • Lift, carry, push, and pull packages weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Frequently get on and off the bike throughout the shift
  • Walk, climb stairs, bend, reach, and carry packages
