Position Overview

As the Receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for our residents, families, visitors, vendors, and team members. You'll play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere while supporting the daily administrative operations of our skilled nursing and rehabilitation community.

Your professionalism, attention to detail, and friendly personality will help ensure every guest receives outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and assist residents, families, visitors, vendors, and staff with professionalism and compassion.

  • Answer and direct multi-line phone calls promptly and courteously.

  • Provide accurate information and assist visitors with questions and directions.

  • Maintain visitor sign-in logs and follow facility security procedures.

  • Sort and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries.

  • Assist with filing, scanning, copying, data entry, and other administrative duties.

  • Schedule appointments and support various departments with clerical tasks.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service while representing the facility in a positive and welcoming manner.

  • Support residents and families with kindness, patience, and professionalism.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required

  • Previous experience as a Receptionist, Administrative Assistant, Front Desk Coordinator, or Customer Service Representative preferred.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.

  • Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing outstanding customer service.

  • Experience in healthcare, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, assisted living, or long-term care is a plus but not required.
