Job Summary:

They are seeking a Business Intelligence Developer responsible for designing and developing Business Intelligence applications and conducting data analyses to support strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities:
• The Business Intelligence Developer (BI Developer) is responsible for the design and development of Business Intelligence applications that meet the strategic information needs of the organization.
• This position also conducts data analyses to produce business intelligence for strategic decision-making.
• The BI Developer also works closely with operational areas to implement reporting applications that support new or modified business processes.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Must have a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field.
• Must have at least three years of experience in SQL coding for relational databases such as DB2, SQL Server, or Netezza.
• Must have working knowledge in business intelligence and analytics platforms such as WebFOCUS or Tableau.
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office products such as Word and Excel.
• Must have excellent oral and written communications skills, and demonstrated ability in business writing.
• Must be able to be on-call for after-business-hours support as needed
Preferred:
• Prior experience in creating dashboards and interactive reporting applications is highly preferred.
• Prior experience in data analytics is highly preferred.
• Exposure to Object Oriented programming techniques, HTML 5 or JavaScript is preferred.
