Job Summary:
We are seeking an Epic ASAP Analyst to support and optimize Emergency Department (ED) workflows within the Epic EHR system. The ideal candidate will be Epic ASAP certified and experienced in implementing, configuring, and maintaining the ASAP module.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain Epic ASAP module to support ED operations.
  • Work with clinical and IT teams to gather requirements and implement enhancements.
  • Support go-lives, upgrades, testing, and training activities.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and ensure high system performance and user satisfaction.
  • Ensure documentation and workflows comply with clinical standards and regulations.
Qualifications:

  • Epic ASAP Certification (required)
  • 3+ years of Epic ASAP implementation or support experience
  • Strong knowledge of Emergency Department clinical workflows
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
